I work with global and multi-disciplinary teams to build relationships, provide strategic direction, and design and implement research and development projects around the world. I have established and led collaborative international and multi-disciplinary teams, conducted independent research, and managed projects focused on global health, water and natural resource management, and agriculture and livestock production. In addition to technical direction and operations management, I manage the details and build the relationships necessary to achieve success. I have published articles in peer-reviewed journals, managed marketing and communications for major donor-funded programs, and served as a teacher, administrator, researcher, and evaluator.

I am currently engaged as the senior manager for global programs at the UC Davis One Health Institute, the Technical Director for USAID’s One Health Workforce - Next Generation project, and the senior manager for the UC Davis-led DARPA PREEMPT project.
